This naturally-occuring bean represents 3% of the coffee plant production. It grows as a single bean that captures part of the parchment surrounding it, infusing it with exceptional flavors and texture.
Notes: a sweeter ovearll palate with mellon, blueberry, dark chocolate, nougat and a "mineral" body characteristic of our volcanic soil with a sweet and soft aftertaste.
